Enabling development. Delivering on goals.
Our commitment to our corporate social responsibility combined with our understanding of what matters to our customers helps us to deliver significant and shared value. We have a responsibility as a business to deliver services that provide a positive impact and we have bold ambitions to create a better future for clients, our team, the economy and the environment.
At Enra we actively strive to be socially responsible and our Code of Conduct seeks to embed the highest standards of behaviour in relation to the wider community and when dealing with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Our operations are key factors in driving and impacting the economy. Our lending brand looks to support borrowers in all areas of life and business to secure funding for their own needs.
Over the years and through a variety of economic changes Enra has remained strong and supported customers through times of financial and economic uncertainty, we remain committed to this approach and ensure we adapt to changing environments and economic impacts.
We encourage and support our team to make a positive impact in the community and with the people working with our brands.
Within the business, we actively fundraise and have a chosen charity in which our events support. In 2019 the Group partnered with “Spread a Smile”, a charity that works to “brighten the days” of seriously ill children and teenagers in hospital.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Enra Group took part in Mental Health Awareness week and created a ‘Week of Kindness’. During this week we began fundraising for The Borehamwood Food Bank that helps feed the most vulnerable during times of crisis.
As a business we seek to promote equal opportunities in employment and are passionate about promoting diversity and equality in our team.
We aspire to build a better world for us all, providing an equal voice and representation for our employees. In 2019 the group signed the Women in Finance Charter and have a commitment to increase our female leadership team in 2020.
As we continue to grow, so does our team. We have always worked with young graduates to nurture the best talent for our business. In 2020 we are developing our own Enra Graduate Scheme and will continue
The environment has an intrinsic value, which is central to the quality of life and underpins economic development.
We understand that our business and its operations have an impact on the environment. We monitor our environmental impact and continue to identify ways in which it can reduce wastage or energy consumption further.
