Adrian Scragg has joined the group as Director, Funding Solutions. In his new role, Adrian will be responsible for optimising the funding strategy, strengthening investor engagement as well as building a Capital Markets programme.

Adrian was previously Director of Capital Markets for Belmont Green Finance where he developed the wholesale funding platform from a standing start when he joined in early 2016. Whilst at Belmont Green Adrian established the Tower Bridge public RMBS programme which has seen the successful securitisation of £1.6bn of loans since closing the inaugural deal in late 2017.

Earlier in his career, Adrian spent 5 years with Fitch Ratings as Director, EMEA Structured Finance, focusing on securitisations of UK mortgage portfolios. He has also worked for ING Direct UK and GMAC RFC.
